INC Consulting – Sursee, Switzerland
Principal Consultant / Practice Lead (2024–Present)
- Built and now lead INC’s Innovation & Technology advisory practice, focusing on technology-scouting, commercialisation and strategic growth for start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs.
- Support founders and leadership teams by translating first-hand market and technical insight into clear priorities, practical product direction and operational scaling plans.
Start-Up Advisory & Innovation Work (2022–2023)
- After completing the COVID-induced restructuring at RIEDEL, I supported early-stage and growth-stage organisations on technology priorities, commercialisation, product direction and go-to-market execution.
- This advisory work led to targeted engagements with INC Consulting and ultimately to my full-time role in 2024.
RIEDEL Communications – Zürich, Switzerland
Business Unit Head (punQtum) & CEO Archwave (2018–2022)
- Integrated Archwave into RIEDEL’s global organisation and repositioned the technology and product portfolio to align with the company’s strategic roadmap.
- Led the creation and launch of the punQtum product line, managing a €5M investment and delivering a complete hardware range within 18 months.
- Built a first-of-its-kind digital sales and direct-to-customer model for professional communication products, giving RIEDEL direct market access, real-time customer insight and significantly faster commercial cycles.
- Improved alignment between engineering, product management and commercial teams to increase delivery speed and cross-functional execution.
Archwave Technologies – Zürich, Switzerland
Chief Executive Officer (2012–2018)
- Transformed Archwave from an early-stage start-up into a scalable, commercially-focused organisation with clear engineering, product and operational structure.
- Executed a strategic pivot toward real-time networked audio and IP-media solutions, positioning the company for OEM and B2B growth.
- Grew revenue from zero to over CHF 3M and secured OEM customers including Genelec, Presonus, BEHRINGER and Steinway Lyngdorf.
- Founded and launched the Cymatic Audio product line, generating over CHF 1M revenue within its first 18 months.
- Initiated and directed the M&A process that led to Archwave’s acquisition by RIEDEL Communications.
MUSIC Group (BEHRINGER) – Singapore
Interim Chief Operating Officer (2010–2011)
- Returned to MUSIC Group on an interim basis to stabilise operations during a leadership transition, drawing on prior CEO experience within the organisation.
- Restored operational discipline, budgeting clarity and cross-functional alignment, bringing back focus and execution across the organisation.
- Reduced SG&A by 15% while maintaining delivery performance and commercial continuity.
Immersion Technologies International – UK / China / Australia
Chief Executive Officer (2007–2010)
- Led a premium audio OEM start-up, building OEM relationships with Samsung, LG, LOEWE, MG and Volvo, while taking ownership of engineering, operations, manufacturing and commercial delivery.
- Set up and scaled a $2M manufacturing facility in China, ensuring reliable output and supply-chain continuity for international customers.
- Guided the company through the 2008–09 crisis with decisive restructuring and operational reset, stabilising the business and retaining key OEM customers.

- CEO – BEHRINGER (Singapore/Germany): scaled revenue from €10M to over €100M through product expansion, operational improvement and international market growth.
- Senior leadership roles at AMS Neve (UK), Nakamichi (Singapore) and Skyware Radio Systems (Germany), driving turnaround efforts, strengthening operations and leading technology-driven change across international teams.
